# How to Use the Editor

### **1. Once the document is completed, click on the file name to open the document editor.**

Alternatively, hover over the document to display the **Action menu**, then click **Edit**.

### **2. Click on the Target segment to edit the translated text.**

### **3. There are three available options:**

From left to right,

First icon: To **approve** the segment after you've made changes

Second icon: To view **translation options**

Third icon: To view the **segment history**

### **4. Download the document.**

Click on **Download **to download the translated file.
